Workout tracker

A workout tracker that tells you what to lift next.

Log strength sessions live. Heza looks at what you did last time and how hard it felt, then suggests the weight for today. Progress without the guesswork.

  • Suggested weights
  • Muscle map
  • RPE or reps in reserve
Logging incline dumbbell press. Heza suggests 27.5 kg for 10 reps because last time you did 3 sets of 10 at 25 kg with 2 reps in reserve. You tap Use, finish the set and the rest timer starts.

Just tell your AI

Log a whole session by just saying it.

Type it, say it or send a photo to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant. Heza turns it into the right entry.

Live logging

Made for the gym floor.

Big numbers, one-tap sets and a rest timer. Everything you need between sets, nothing you don't.

  • Suggested weights "Last time 3×10 at 25 kg, 2 in reserve. Try 27.5 kg." Use it with one tap.
  • Effort per set Reps in reserve or RPE. Heza uses it to pick your next weight.
  • Per-side sets Log single-arm and single-leg work for each side.
  • Timed holds Planks and other holds, logged by time instead of reps.
  • Exercise library Animations for each exercise, plus your own custom moves.
  • Lifting calories Estimated from your sets or taken from your watch.

Muscle map

Tap a muscle. See what trained it.

Every session gets a front and back muscle map, shaded by sets. Tap a muscle to see its sets and the exercises behind them. Gaps in your program show up fast.

Muscle map for an upper body session: chest 9 sets, lats 7, shoulders 6, triceps 6, middle back 6, biceps 4, traps 3, forearms 2, abs 2.

Templates and plans

Plan it, do it, compare.

Build templates and planned days with sets × reps @ weight. When you train, Heza shows planned vs done, so you know whether you hit the session. Your AI can plan the week for you.

A week planned by your AI: Monday Upper A, Tuesday easy 6 km run, Wednesday Lower A with squats 4 by 6 at 82.5 kg, Thursday 8 km tempo run, Friday rest, Saturday 14 km long run.

Coaching

A second pair of eyes on your training.

Connect your AI and it reviews your sessions: volume, loads and how lifting fits around your runs. It leaves a coach note on the Lift screen with one next step.

How the AI coach works
Coach note from your AI in Lift: Three sessions a week and loads are still climbing. Bench is up 2.5 kg in three weeks and squat volume held steady despite the long runs. Suggestion: Keep Wednesday's lower session before Thursday's tempo.

FAQ

Workout tracker questions.

How are the suggested weights worked out?

From what you did last time and how hard it felt. If you did 3 sets of 10 at 25 kg with 2 reps in reserve, Heza suggests 27.5 kg. If a set was a grind, it suggests holding or dropping the weight.

Can I log effort?

Yes. Log reps in reserve (0 to 4+) or RPE with one tap per set.

Does it work for single-arm moves and planks?

Yes. Log per-side sets and timed holds as well as regular sets.

Does Heza count lifting calories?

Yes. They come from your watch when it recorded the session, or Heza estimates them. You choose whether they count toward what you burned.
