Send to Garmin

Plan a run in Heza. Run it from your watch.

Planned runs arrive on your watch as structured workouts, with warm up, intervals and cool down. Weigh-ins and water you log in Heza go to Garmin too. Food stays in Heza.

Thursday's tempo run, 8 km with a 2 km warm up, 4 times 1 km at 4:30 per km and a 2 km cool down, is sent from Heza's Plan to your watch as a structured workout.

Sending to your watch is on by default and can be turned off in Settings. Garmin and COROS don't accept meal logs from other apps, so food stays in Heza.

What does Heza sync from Garmin?

Activities with routes, splits and heart rate, calories burned, steps, sleep (you can turn it off), HRV, resting heart rate, VO2 max, training load and recovery, plus weigh-ins. It syncs every hour.

What can Heza send to Garmin?

Planned runs as structured workouts, plus weigh-ins and water you log in Heza. It is on by default and you can turn each one off in Settings. Garmin does not accept meal logs from other apps, so food stays in Heza.

How do I connect my Garmin?

In Heza, open Settings, then Devices, and sign in with your Garmin account. Your password is used once to connect and is never stored.

Is Heza an official Garmin app?

No. Heza is independent and not affiliated with Garmin. It reads your data from Garmin Connect after you connect your account.
