What syncs

Your COROS data, in the same place as your meals.

You approve Heza on the COROS sign-in page. Heza never sees your COROS password, and you can disconnect any time.

Eat for the training you actually did.

Heza puts what you ate next to what your COROS says you burned. Log food by search, barcode or by telling your AI, and see what is left for the day.

Sending to your watch is on by default and can be turned off in Settings. Garmin and COROS don't accept meal logs from other apps, so food stays in Heza.

COROS questions.

What does Heza sync from COROS?

Activities with splits and heart rate, calories, steps, sleep (you can turn it off), HRV, resting heart rate, training load and fitness data. It syncs every hour.

Do planned runs go to my COROS watch?

Yes. Runs you plan in Heza, or that your AI plans for you, are sent to COROS as scheduled workouts. You can turn this off in Settings.

How do I connect COROS?

In Heza, open Settings, then Devices, and choose COROS. You sign in on the COROS page and approve Heza. Heza never sees your COROS password.

Can I use Garmin and COROS at the same time?

No. Heza syncs one watch per account. You can switch from one to the other in Settings and your synced data stays.
