Heza is a free fitness and nutrition tracker run by a small team. By creating an account or using Heza you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
The Heza team can see everything you store in Heza.
Heza is run by a small team that manages the server and the database. The team has full access to all the information in the app, including your food logs, workouts, runs, watch data, weight, health and injury notes, photos you upload and notes written by your AI assistant. The team uses this access only to run, support, fix and improve Heza, never to sell your data or show you ads. If there is something you would not want the team to see, don't store it in Heza.
Your account
- One account per person. Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by an AI assistant you connect to it.
Not medical advice
Calories, targets, training loads, recovery scores and coach notes are estimates to help you, not medical advice. Check with a doctor or other professional before changing your diet or training, especially with an injury or health condition. Exercise at your own risk.
Your content
What you log stays yours. You allow Heza to store and process it to provide the service, including sharing food names and nutrition values in the common food search as described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around Heza's security.
- Don't overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or add content that is illegal or abusive.
Other services
Your watch provider, your AI assistant and your sign-in provider have their own terms, which apply when you use them with Heza.
Availability
Heza is provided free and as is. It may change, have interruptions, or stop. If Heza is going to close, the team will try to give notice so you can download your data.
Ending your account
You can stop using Heza at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. The team may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the Heza team is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on Heza's estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and you will be told about important changes in the app or by email.
